Work with ALL students to encourage a safe school climate of respect and trust. 

Deliver classroom lessons.

Provide individuals or small group counseling services to students.

Meet with individual students to do brief, solution-focused counseling.

Help students make positive behavior choices.

Ensure that student records are maintained as per state and federal regulations.

Advocate for students.

Assist students with graduation plans.

Work closely with parents, teachers, support staff, and administration.

Maintain confidentiality unless there is a need to know or a safety concern.

Make yearly schedule and schedule changes.
